Old School Hardtail Chopper.
Custom chopper with Paughco frame and Jeri springer front end. A 1991 Harley Davidson Softail Custom was used as the donor and the top end freshened up with new rings and headwork.
Custom Gas Tank Rubber Mount
Gas tank mount for stretched fuel tank on Pro Street Custom. The mount I made replaced one that had been attached to the gas tank with JB Weld. The original gas tank mount left the gas tank unsecured causing a crack in the gas tank the owner tried to seal with more JB Weld. The crack in the tank was welded and the tank resealed.
Ignition & Dual Coil Rubber Mount
This Aluminum mount was initially solid mounted to the upper motor mount. The vibration of the S&S Sidewinder proved to be too much and eventually broke around the bolt hole of the aluminum. The owner had it held together with zip ties when it arrived at Long Arm Cycles.
